Summer Training Program 2019/20

​​The summer program provides a broad foundation for anyone wishing to row Pennants or Masters in 2020. Aim for a minimum of three sessions per week.

Monday

6:00pm - 7:30pm: Erg Session with Jess

 

Tuesday

5:00am - 7:00am: Singles and Pairs with Chris and Claire

6:00pm - 7:00pm: Circuits with Belinda

Wednesday

6:00pm - 8:00pm: Singles with Jess

Thursday

5:00am - 7:00am: Big Boats with Stuart

6:00pm - 7:00pm Gym session with Stuart

 

Saturday

6:00am - 8:00am: Small Boats with Claire and Stuart

​Sunday

6:30am - 8:30am: Big Boats with Chris and Jess

Sat 14/12/19 - Water Time Trial - 3 x 1000m

Mon 10/02/20 - Erg Time Trial - 3 x 1000m

Mon 09/03/20 - Erg Time Trial - 3 x 1000m

Sat 28/03/20 - Water Time Trial - 3 x 1000m


Water Time Trials will be split into two sessions - 6:00am and 7:00am.
